Should know ADO, translate stories, Agile (moving to JIRA), airlines experience, Local to Chicago, able to create stories/dashboard views, working with testing team, dev teams, talk to stakeholders, airlines exp plus, working on supporting contract team for flight attendants/legal language experience preferred - lead to working with UX team for future projects.
Top skill sets required for this role:
Hands-on BA - translate requirements to stakeholders effectively/ ADO, Jira, and Agile environment
Good communication and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Holding daily SCRUM meetings
Problem-solving and work with Dev team to access what is feasible/not visible, strong process modeling and test scenarios to ensure the gap is closed/eliminate for the stakeholders
Visio and create process flows as needed
Nice to have skills or certifications:
Basic understanding of APIs and designing workflows
