What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team that loves winning
Drive performance through daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and accountability
Own the showroom experience—from first hello to final handshake
Close deals and structure opportunities to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
Partner with marketing and leadership to keep traffic, appointments, and sales flowing
Track KPIs like a pro—because what gets measured gets improved
Build a culture where urgency, hustle, and fun coexist
What Makes You a Fit
Proven success leading sales teams (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred)
