Project Onboarding Specialist We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Project Onboarding Specialist to support the transition of vendors during the rollout of a new internal system.

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for both existing and new vendors.
You'll help build confidence in the transition, gain an in-depth understanding of the systems you'll work with daily, and make a real impact on the success of this important project.
12 month contract Location: Little Island
- Hyrbrid working model Salary: €19.49 per hour What you'll do: Ensure data accuracy by cleansing and correcting vendor information ahead of transfer to the new system.
Use available tools (including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to make data migration as seamless as possible.
Provide administrative support across onboarding projects, including maintaining trackers, documentation, and reporting.
Guide vendors through onboarding steps, answering queries and escalating issues where required.
Assist with setting up new vendor records and maintaining ongoing data accuracy.
Monitor shared inboxes, portals, and project tools to ensure timely responses and consistent support.
Support team coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Collect user feedback to help identify common issues and opportunities for improvement.
What we're looking for: Strong technical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
Previous experience engaging with customers or vendors, with strong relationship-building skills. xyswxtq
Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa would be a plus (training provided).
