This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for facilities operations, Health & Safety, contractor management, compliance and business continuity.
This will be a 2 year contract.
The Role Manage the smooth operation and maintenance of multiple facilities.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, fire safety and statutory regulations.
Oversee building services, physical security, maintenance and contractor performance.
Manage facilities budgets, service contracts and supplier relationships.
Lead site audits, risk assessments and emergency planning.
Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Drive operational efficiency through digital facilities management systems.
The Person 5+ years' Facilities Management experience in a corporate, industrial or technical environment.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, statutory compliance and contractor management.
Experience managing building services, facilities budgets and supplier contracts.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. xyswxtq
Facilities Management or Health & Safety qualification desirable.
