Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including financial plans, application forms, and compliance paperwork, ensuring all documents meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, with a strong focus on compliance and attention to detail.
Contact clients to gather medical information for protection insurance applications.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service and clear, accurate information.
Work closely with financial advisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and financial recommendations are implemented effectively.
