This is a day-rate contractposition located with one of our large clients.
This roleis based out ofCork City.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site.
This role will focus on 2 major business-based projects: establishing a structured, organisation-wide approach to ensuring that allrelevant personnel are appropriately trained, qualified, and competency-assured.
The second project is focused on establishing and implementing a new asset management system.
The successful candidate will work across multiple departments to define standards and implement a consistent framework across the organisation.
This is not an IT or technical engineering delivery role.
It is a governance-led programme with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, documentation, and structured delivery within an established PMO.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of a Competency Framework across operations Lead the design and implementation of a New Asset Management Process across the organisation Engage with cross-functional senior business stakeholders Establish a baseline of current workforce capability and qualifications Develop and implement a centralised register Conduct gap analysis and define a prioritised implementation roadmap Define role-based competency profiles (skills, knowledge, experience, authority) Align competency requirements with existing training and learning structures Develop and document governance models, policies, and standards Deliver high-quality reporting, presentations, and documentation aligned to PMO standards Requirements Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects within a structured PMO environment Strong background in governance, documentation, and waterfall delivery Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality reports and executive-level presentations Experience working in regulated, operational, or asset-heavy environments is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented, delivery-focused mindset For more information please apply here or contact Niall Moloney/ niall(dot) Ref: EBT81051 Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
