Ideally you will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services with at least 3-5yrs experience working within a Mechanical Contracting environment delivering fast track construction projects and mechanical installations.
The Building Services Director hiring for this role, sees this position as an opportunity to get in early on a project and mould the successful individual into a key person for similar projects going forward.
Duties will include To liaise with design teams and Mechanical sub-contractors Ensure Mechanical sub-contractors receive the information needed to progress the installation in accordance with the programme Organise and chair weekly co-ordination meetings with the Mechanical sub-contractors and design teams Procurement schedules Programmes.

Attend project team meetings as required Progress reports Requests for information Track the progress of Mechanica sub-contractors against the main programme and report any variances to the Contracts Manager Work closely with the Electrical Package Lead Providing up to date and accurate data to the commercial team on extra works, variations and any pertinent information Carry out site inspections of the Mechanical works to ensure the installation conforms to the relevant standards Regularly check the installation against the Mechanical specification and drawings A nice opportunity for an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer on a landmark project with a top employer.
