10+ years of experience in designing and maintaining complex full-stack software 3+ years of experience in leading and managing a team Fluency in at least one backend and one frontend language, with a willingness to learn Python and JavaScript Experience in a startup environment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations Strong ability to ramp up quickly on product ecosystems to contribute to significant projects
