About
Key Responsibilities
Provide ERP Support: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise Resource Planning application support, assisting users with system issues, access requests, and functional guidance.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose application problems and coordinate directly with vendors and technical support teams to resolve them.
Develop Dashboards: Partner with department stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards that translate business requirements into clear visualizations.
Manage System Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports, and manage report scheduling, deployment, and updates across the organization.
Utilize Modern Data Tools: Gather reporting requirements from users and leverage PowerBI, SSRS, and artificial intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Support Implementations: Assist with the launch and upgrade of applications through data validation, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Document and Train: Create system documentation, report inventories, and user guides, and conduct training sessions on ERP workflows and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Four (4) years of professional experience in PowerBI dashboard development and SSRS report authoring, combined with hands‑on support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Licenses or Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, outside agencies, and the public.
