About

_Makrö Gaming Studios_ is looking for a seasoned _Test Engineer_ with proven experience helping cross-discipline teams deliver quality software on-time. As a member of QA, you’ll be embedded in one of the development teams and will be a point of contact for the regression testers by owning your area of responsibility through testing new features, writing test cases, and preparing regression builds.
*In this role you will…*
· Examine product requirements and devise test scenarios for new designs.
· Be the frontline tester on all new features in a gray-box environment.
· Execute creative ad-hoc testing and write test cases for every new release.
· Validate regression builds and communicate changelogs to the rest of QA.
· Confirm bugs found in regression are valid and complete.
· Assist developers with reproducing and debugging edge cases and field issues.
· Deliver consistent, reliable, professional results with minimal bug escape.
*We need you to have…*
· At least four (4) years of work experience in some form of quality assurance.
· At least two (2) years of test design or test planning responsibilities.
· Demonstrated ability to design test scenarios and drive QA projects.
· Heavy experience with ALM, bug databases, and test management suites.
· Previous roles testing .Net apps, Linux servers, or casino systems.
· The flexibility to multitask and work with shifting requirements.
· Positive communication skills, a self-motivated drive, and a service mindset.
· A willingness to work in-person at our office location.

· A computer, engineering, scientific, or related bachelor’s degree.
· Certification in software test design, testing methodologies, or the STLC.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Jenkins, Git, Unity, or Godot.
· Provable skills in modern C++, Conan, Proxmox, RocksDB, and C#.
· Personal passion for recreational gambling or betting.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
