The successful candidate will oversee the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery, ensuring design programmes, technical coordination, and stakeholder requirements are effectively managed across residential developments.
Responsibilities Manage the design process from planning through construction delivery Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams Review design information to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations Monitor design programmes and ensure information is issued in line with construction schedules Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues Manage design change and ensure effective communication between stakeholders Support project delivery teams with technical and design-related queries Ensure high-quality design standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Previous experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator within residential construction xyswxtq Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction processes Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams Salary & Benefits €80,000 €90,000 DOE Pension Fuel Card Career progression opportunities Exposure to large-scale residential developments If interested, contact Eve on or email your CV to Skills: Design Manager Construction Engineering
