Responsibilities Full cradle-to-grave commercial management of electrical packages Prepare and manage budgets, BOQs, profit plans, valuations, and cost reports Manage subcontractor accounts including payments, variations, retentions, and final accounts Submit accurate monthly applications including remeasures, claims, dayworks, and variations Identify and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle Attend and lead commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Work closely with Planning teams to align programme progress with commercial reporting Requirements Strong experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor at Senior level Degree qualified or trade background with relevant commercial experience preferred Excellent knowledge of electrical contracts and commercial processes Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and commercial negotiations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Benefits Salary €80k
