Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of products and services across multiple client engagements Define project scope in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, and user story clarity Manage project changes, documenting and assessing impacts on scope, budget, and timeline Identify and mitigate project risks through collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies

- based on project needs Manage multiple concurrent projects across different workstreams and client environments Requirements 5 years project management experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects on time and to budget Strong cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management skills Proficiency across Agile, Scrum, xyswxtq Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Familiarity with Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and emerging technologies PM certification desirable Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
