Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Site Manager to manage a Residential project in South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of the construction industry, delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
The Role | Site Manager You will take full responsibility for managing all site activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Full management of all site set-up, construction and fit-out through to handover Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management What You'll Need to Succeed: 5 years' experience as a Site Manager Strong residential experience
