Business Development Manager (Commission-Only)

Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple verticals including Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal.

This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and excels at building long-term, high-value client relationships. You will represent a fast-growing recruitment brand known for premium service, speed, and results.

What You'll Do
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach, pitch Desort's recruitment solutions, and secure new hiring partnerships
  • Strengthen Desort's presence across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless, high-quality placements
  • Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand
  • Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and authority

Compensation (Commission-Only)
  • Unlimited commission
  • Bi-annual performance bonuses (twice a year)
  • Recommended earnings range: $85,000 $180,000+ annually, depending on performance
  • Fully remote role with flexible schedule
