Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience conducting project management and public engagement.
Experience with interactive website development.
Experience with policy and land use analysis.
Familiarity with the diverse land use and regulatory framework unique to Client.
Familiarity with the Client General Plan Framework Element.
Solid writing skills and experience developing background reports.
Proven record of submitting project deliverables in a timely manner.
Key team members should include urban planners, public engagement specialists, programmers, and web developers.
Ability to develop a work plan and meet or exceed project deadlines as outlined in the project schedule.
Effective communication skills with LACP staff; and
Ability to start the project immediately.
Education: Bachelors Degree in information technology.
