Position Summary We are seeking an OT Security Architect for the First Quality Enterprise working remotely. This position will be responsible for safeguarding our operational technology infrastructure and will operate on a flexible remote schedule with periodic travel to manufacturing sites. Responsibilities Primarily responsible for OT security event monitoring, management, and response Create an IS reference architecture for our OT networks Work with OT engineering and SOC teams to verify that the reference architecture fits business processes and requirements Define security controls for ongoing OT engineering projects Provide technical guidance to the GRC team in assessing OT 3rd‑party vendors and supply chain Integrate with OT engineering projects and verify that required IS controls are properly implemented Revise and develop processes to strengthen the OT Security Operations framework, review policies, and highlight challenges in managing SLAs Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors, and develop use cases for OT security monitoring, including red\blue penetration tests Develop, configure, and maintain OT security automation and orchestration tools Create reports, dashboards, metrics for OT security operations and present to senior management Develop required standards and procedures (e.g., IS purchasing standard, sanitization process) in coordination with stakeholders Qualifications Minimum five years of professional experience in OT security and operations Knowledge of controls and automation equipment and principles (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, VFDs, etc.) Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, IC S Mitre ATT&CK, and IEC 62443 Experience defining and implementing security controls for OT engineering projects Experience managing projects with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining OT security automation and orchestration tools Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (in lieu of a degree, related experience will be considered) Background in manufacturing controls preferred Benefits Competitive base salary and bonus opportunities Paid time off (minimum three weeks) Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one 401(k) with employer match Paid parental leave Child and family care assistance (dependent care FSA with employer match up to $2,500) Bundle of joy benefit (year’s worth of free diapers for new‑born team members) Tuition assistance Wellness program offering savings of up to $4,000 per year on insurance premiums and more Equal Opportunity Statement First Quality is an Equal Opportunity employer.
