About
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute daily and weekly sales reports
Monitor and follow up on submissions within the sales pipeline
Generate daily and weekly performance reports for sales representatives
Post and repurpose company content on LinkedIn
Extract and organize data from CRM systems for outreach campaigns
Track and analyze campaign response metrics
Manage day-to-day reminders and task coordination
Prepare and set up materials for daily morning meetings
Assist in organizing and supporting monthly internal team meetings and presentations
Optimize calendars and scheduling for efficiency and productivity
Review pipeline activity to identify cross-sell and alternative product opportunities
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic content management
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales support roles
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and performance tracking
