Qualifications: For Senior Technicians: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
For New Technicians: Relevant training or certification in HVAC.
Valid HVAC certification and licenses as required by the state of Texas.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
