About
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions using SQL and cloud-based platforms.
Apply data modeling techniques to create logical and physical data models supporting business intelligence and analytics.
Ensure data quality and governance standards are met through rigorous validation and compliance practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Automate data workflows leveraging tools such as Apache Airflow to optimize processing efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to maintain reliability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and documentation to support team knowledge and project continuity.
What you’ll bring
Proven expertise in data engineering, including data integration, modeling, and pipeline development.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or Google BigQuery.
In-depth knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and data management best practices.
Experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures and ETL/ELT processes.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions.
Familiarity with automation tools like Apache Airflow to optimize workflows.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on business metrics and intelligence.
Sunnyvale, California – US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas – US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
Master’s degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related field.
2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
Preferred Qualifications Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics, ETL tools and working with large data sets in the cloud, Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
