As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be integral to our sales team, leveraging your knowledge of building materials to engage customers, drive sales, and manage relationships. Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Utilize your expertise in building materials to offer product recommendations and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
Creating and analyzing sales reports.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferably in the building materials industry.
Solid knowledge of building materials and related products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry specific software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
