Finance Manager

Beckley Chevrolet is growing, and we're looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

Under new management and with a renewed focus on customer experience, process, and profitability, Beckley Chevrolet is building something special. We are seeking an experienced automotive Finance & Insurance professional who can maximize product penetration, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

If you are a proven producer with a track record of strong performance, high CSI, and ethical selling practices, we want to talk to you.

• Present finance and protection products to customers
• Secure financing through lender relationships
• Structure deals and maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain lender and manufacturer compliance standards
• Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and customer satisfaction
• Monitor CIT and funding processes
• Train and mentor sales staff on finance product presentation and menu selling
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Minimum 3 years of automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
• Strong understanding of lender programs and automotive regulations
• Proven track record of finance product penetration and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar dealership software experience preferred
