Project Manager

This role will be focused on managing the quality of IT development, testing and delivery.

Typical day includes:

• Review and approve sampling procedures and designs, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• May conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
• Engage in measuring and testing IT products
• Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for IT processes and products
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for testing IT products
• May manage quality control program.
• Engage in performing application testing.
• Stress test project plans to ensure completeness and standard work included
• May be working application testing as needed.
• Working on large global projects at the enterprise level. Will be working with both US and offshore teams. Dedicated team member to assist team with quality processes and following standards.

Technical skills required:

• High level Microsoft office
• 2+ years exp in Visio
• 2+ years exp with Microsoft Project
• 2+ years Azure Devops exp
• High level critical thinking and problem solving skills
• 2+ HPALM exp

Desired:

• Exp working with Data analytics or large databases
• Experience with functional business processes

Soft skills required:

• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Education requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field, plus 8+ years professional exp.
• Or no degree plus 10+ years exp
