Salary:
- $55,000/year - $70,000/year

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train office staff and delegate assignments.
- Responsible for all aspects of the practice including providing an exceptional patient experience. Team member development and accountability, and overall financial profitability of the practice.
- Monitor production, collection, and receivables on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows a proactive effort to improve the practice.
- Build positive relationships with clinical practitioners, dental assistants, and administrative team members.
- Thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats.
- Responsible for the overall success of the practice as measured by patient satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and meeting business goals both financial and operational.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing.
- Ability to think strategically.
- AR/AP experience, along with fundamental accounting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Experience Required:
- 1-5 years of management experience in a dental office.
- Knowledge of dental billing (FFS, PPO).
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Excellent communication skills.
Office Hours:
- Monday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
- Tuesday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
- Wednesday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
- Thursday - (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
