What You'll Do as a Team Leader

  • Lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond promptly and respectfully to Guests' needs, creating emotional connections
  • Train new team members and serve as a positive role model
  • Open and close shifts as a trusted key holder
  • Handle cash drawers and finalize daily operations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team and guests

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication
  • Ability to create and maintain eye contact and build emotional connections with Guests
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to superior customer service
  • Strong people skills and ability to manage team behavior and performance
  • Experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
