About
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Supervises, trains, and evaluates employees under their charge.
Accountable for the store's profits, expenses, cash, inventory, and purchases.
Analyzes results, operational trends, and establishes action plans providing direction in areas of opportunity.
Maintains required company documentation.
Responsible for audits and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Checks product availability and merchandise location in the store.
Builds relationships with customers and the community served.
In charge of everything related to the "Food Service" department, including sales, expenses, quality control, food handling, "Serv Safe" procedures, among others.
Responsible for auditing and authorizing attendance records of their team, as well as notifying and completing the required documentation for license approval.
Accountable for complying with all processes related to fuel management, including but not limited to: Compliance with Environmental Quality Board standards / Management or control of gasoline inventory / Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment / Safety areas / Price surveys / Identifying and being alert to any changes or situations that may impact sales in their area; among others.
High School Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience, at least 3 years.
Proficiency in Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn and work with information systems.
Expertise in Inventory Controls.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Experience in Supervision and Leadership.
Ability to multitask.
