Branch Manager

Eikenhout is a Michigan distributor of fine exterior building products. We are looking for a Branch Manager for our very busy Traverse City location! Our managers work hard to build and manage teams who do everything they can to help our customers complete beautiful projects.

This requires a manager who is skilled at:

• Communicating a consistent company message
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, employee performance and sales
• Coaching employees to do their best work
• Building a cohesive team
• Analyzing branch performance data to determine necessary adjustments in staffing, processes & inventory
• Making sure that property & equipment is well maintained and ready for safe operation
• Maintaining organized facilities

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated experience leading a successful operations or sales team.

• Previous Management Experience
• Experience with exterior building products
• Valid Driver License and excellent driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products & Warehouse Management System (inventory scanner)
