About

Mercor is seeking experienced backend engineers in Paterson, New Jersey to participate in a unique Frontier Code Agents project. Candidates will work on evaluating AI coding models through hands-on complex engineering tasks while reviewing and improving code quality. Ideal applicants should have over 2 years of backend engineering experience and familiarity with AI coding agents. Compensation is performance-based, at $400 for each accepted task, with tasks typically taking 2–3 hours.
