About
Determine and present potential engineered solutions for customer applications, and coordinate application testing with the customer Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with key personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management) Partner with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure customer needs are being addressed Participate in periodic meetings to maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and efficiently manage territory using technology Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow sales in the assigned territory What's in it for you?

Qualifications
3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, with preference for experience in the specialty chemical market Bachelor of Science degree required, within a technical or business‐related field preferred Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle for daily use throughout the territory Current automobile insurance that meets corporate requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications Strong communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships Commitment to personal growth and development Ability to influence, drive sales growth initiatives, and stretch the business thinking Frequent daily travel within the assigned territory; some overnight travel for training and business meetings
