About
Responsible for formatting and publishing content to the Bank’s internal and external websites. Translate stakeholder requirements and wireframes into high‑quality webpages; manage staging, formatting, and publishing of all content in the Content Management System (Sitecore/WordPress). Ensure content adheres to UX, GEO, and SEO best practices. Responsibilities
Build, update, and publish webpages using Sitecore and WordPress CMS platforms. Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS; troubleshoot layout or styling issues across browsers and devices. Debug and resolve front‑end issues quickly to ensure smooth user experiences. Act as liaison with developers and product owners regarding CMS and website requirements; identify bugs and request resolution. Collaborate directly with business teams or stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze customer business needs, and bring concepts to life. Apply web content and user experience best practices. Maintain consistent branding and design standards. Implement GEO/SEO best practices, including meta tags, keyword and image optimization. Test and validate pages before publishing to ensure accuracy and functionality. Manage embargoed and critical scheduled publishes. Oversee proper CMS workflow usage to meet compliance expectations and mitigate risk. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in digital strategy, technology, marketing or related discipline. Five or more years of related experience. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for front‑end web development. Hands‑on experience with Sitecore; experience with WordPress is a plus. Strong debugging skills and familiarity with browser developer tools. Exceptional proofreading and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross‑browser compatibility. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Semrush. Technical skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), visualization tools, and data analytics and reporting are a plus. Front‑end web developer capabilities, including ability to build new components in a CMS, is a plus. Knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline or business line. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Understanding of content marketing principles. Experience with search engine optimization (SEO). Analytical skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Technical skills in applicable technologies such as CSS, HTML, SiteCore. Salary
Expected starting salary range: $73,400 to $91,800 annually. Benefits
