About
Responsibilities
Using Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python or TCL scripting to automate design tool processes
Development of complex tools in languages such as C++
Debugging tool and design flow related issues for IC designers
Providing support/training on tools and methodologies to engineers at multiple geographies
Working directly with EDA vendors to resolve tool issues
Applying hardware/software skills to create innovative solutions
Developing documentation and training on custom flows and internal tools
Understanding and deployment of new and evolving DFT architecture solutions
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, Python, Ruby, Tcl, C/C++ in a UNIX/Linux environment
Digital Logic Design and Verilog HDL
Understanding of programming issues such as OO design, memory leaks, data structures, sorting, recursion, stack overflow and greedy algorithms
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
Understanding of Scan Test architecture and implementation
Experience with Streaming Scan Networks is a plus
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting, digital timing analysis, software development tools and revision control systems
Education
Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering and 5+ years of related experience; or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering and 3+ years of related experience
Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 101,000.00 To USD 162,000.00. As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
