Closing sales and scheduling installations for warm leads, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will work remotely, focusing on building value, overcoming objections, and maintaining quality expectations in a commission-driven environment. Key responsibilities
Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone to close sales Build value to uncover needs and effectively overcome objections Timely follow up on an active prospect list and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance
Required qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 0-3 years of sales experience Ability to type 30+ wpm Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong motivation for commission-driven sales
