Our client is seeking a motivated Front Counter/Warehouse Associate to provide support for daily branch operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, forklift, and delivery experience, exceptional communication and customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties : Greet customers and answer phones Provide accurate and timely execution of customer's orders and requests Use the computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc. Pull orders for customers Receive, load, and unload shipments Prepare product for shipment Process paperwork on damaged products Break down and put away stock using proper equipment Requirements: Customer Service Skills Basic knowledge Prior warehouse experience Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to climb ladders
