We are seeking a hardworking, customer-focused, and dependable Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in helping customers solve problems, and consistently provides exceptional service with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter. Assist customers in selecting irrigation products, materials, and solutions based on their needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer product-related questions. Process sales orders, returns, and special orders accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked counters and displays. Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders efficiently. Build strong relationships with customers through reliability and top-tier service. Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and inventory availability. Qualifications Prior experience in counter sales, customer service, irrigation, plumbing, landscaping, or related fields preferred. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and consistent-someone the team and customers can count on. Basic computer skills (POS system experience a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with material handling as needed. Must be bilingual
