About
Deliver PMO and Project Management support to facilitate the execution of POVE Commercial Analytics, Data and Commercial Ops initiatives. This includes robust project planning, governance, and reporting to ensure cross-functional teams are coordinated and progress is managed effectively. Responsibilities include:
Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking
Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions)
Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation
Governance cadence and leadership forum support
Key areas of interest include:
Readiness assessment and prioritization: Pressure-testing readiness and helping define MVP vs. post-launch priorities in the areas of:
Insights & analytics enablement: Supporting early-stage decision-making through proxy signals
Commercial operations readiness: Ensuring foundational capabilities are in place across customer data, CRM, sampling, territory alignment, and reporting
Experience in Program Management/Project Management within Commercial Biotech/Pharma is needed.

This will be a W2 position. Remote is an option. (East Coast working hours)
Pay Range $82-$87/HR
