Job Description The Senior Order Management Data and Analytics Lead drives key analytical activity across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and supporting net working capital performance in a dynamic market environment. The role advances data quality, integrates insights across SAP and related business systems, and delivers high-quality reporting for senior leadership. Through close cross‑functional collaboration, this position supports operational excellence, compliance, process improvement, monthly cash planning, global data harmonization, and accurate data management across customer portals.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage analytic tasks across the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring data availability and accuracy to support revenue, cash, and inventory targets in a dynamic market.
Drive data collection, processing, and quality initiatives, overseeing integration with SAP and other business tools for actionable insights.
Prepare professional presentations and management reports, using historical data to identify trends and inform proactive business decisions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally on order planning, revenue recognition, and receivables to enhance data consistency and operational efficiency.
Refine order execution processes and controls, ensuring compliance with internal standards and supporting continuous improvement and business excellence initiatives.
Support monthly cash planning, accurate data entries in customer portals, and global harmonization practices through expert knowledge in data analytics.
Basic Requirements:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of supply chain / business experience, or 7 years of supply chain / business experience.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP in a supply chain or business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA is preferred.
Prior experience in large equipment or genset manufacturing.
