Roofing Sales Representative Immediate hiring! Join a fast-growing roofing company looking for motivated sales reps ready to earn six figures. Strong communication skills and work ethic are more important than roofing experience. Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage, performing basic roof inspections (training provided), talking with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims, setting appointments, and helping close sales.
Requirements include previous sales or canvassing experience (server/bartender/waiter experience are also considered), strong communication skills, comfort working outdoors and talking to people, willingness to learn and stay motivated, and the ability to climb a ladder for inspections. Reliable transportation (car or truck) is also required.
Compensation: $150,000 $250,000 per year earning potential. Full training provided.
