What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and make operational adjustments as needed
- Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly
- Support housekeeping and material handling activities across the plant
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving capability
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as operational needs require
Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
