About
Initial contact with patients for admission to WRH Behavioral Health Care Units Preadmission assessment of the clinical status of patient referrals and evaluations of patient's needs: Medical Clearance, Insurance Clearance, Psychiatric Clearance. Serves as an educational resource for patients, families, hospitals and healthcare professionals upon admission to WRH Mental Health Care Units. Liaison between WRH Emergency department and Behavioral Health Care Units. Actively assist the referring facilities in addressing requirements of mental health patients to WRH Behavioral Health Care Units. Establish relationships with community and healthcare facilities, provides education across the continuum of WRH Behavioral Health Care Units.
