Job Title
Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years
Responsibilities- Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
- Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model
- Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & interpretation and dissemination
- Assures that nursing practice is evidence based
