Job Duties: Develop data products and data science models to accelerate business outcomes for Real World Evidence and Data Science within J&J globally. Apply engineering principles for data mining and visualization on EMR, registry data, and insurance claims. Generate real-world insights in scientific and business application areas using novel data mining, data modeling, and visualization solutions, including the application of specialized approaches in EDA, classification, regression, clustering, text mining, imaging analysis, graph theory, and/or other techniques. Develop AI-ready data from hundreds of real-world datasets globally to leverage cutting-edge GenAI models in solving complex business questions through conversational AI. Translate unstructured, complex business problems into appropriate data problems, models, and analytical solutions across multiple commercial functions. Collaborate across the J&J Data and AI community to develop best practices and identify cross-functional opportunities that drive value. Partner with matrixed teams to deliver projects and develop solutions that generate insights. Be part of dynamic, accomplished business functions that support multiple therapeutic areas and commercial business.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning & Data Science, Computational Informatics, Bioinformatics or related field and 1 year of experience in job offered or in a Senior Date Analyst-related occupation.

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period - 10 days. Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year. Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year.
