Junior Full Stack Software Engineer Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 DOE
About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about learning, solving problems, and building technology that delivers meaningful business impact. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to modern enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, system integrations, and full-stack application development. You will work closely with senior engineers while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple technologies and business‑critical platforms.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain applications across the full technology stack.
Support API development and integration initiatives.
Work with React, Node.js, Java/Spring‑based applications, and cloud technologies.
Assist in connecting enterprise platforms through REST APIs and web services.
Participate in Agile development and sprint planning.
Learn enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies.
Collaborate with senior engineers on modernization projects.
Support data integration initiatives involving analytics and reporting environments.

Required Qualifications
0–2 years of software development experience, internship experience, or equivalent project work.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
Exposure to object‑oriented programming concepts.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with JSON and RESTful services.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
