About
Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to join our growing team. Do you have experience in Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing? Then there is a place for you at one of Camping World locations. Responsibilities
Ensure the website accurately reflects inventory and product images. Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM. Diligently and accurately record prospective customer information. Monitor response time on all incoming leads. Maintain thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns. Adhere to scripts and talking points for each type of phone call. Schedule additional follow‑ups, log notes, and update stage changes with customers. Qualifications
Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Results‑driven and motivated for sales. Excellent customer service. Effective time‑management skills to reach goals. Ability to multi‑task while demonstrating strong organizational skills. Prior CRM experience; very computer savvy. Previous sales experience is a plus. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Compensation & Benefits
