About
Location: Hartland, WI 53029 Position: Full Time Education: 4 Year Degree Travel: Negligible Shift: Day Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand and define their key process performance needs. Develop creative process designs incorporating evaporation and crystallization technology. Author technical proposals that clearly communicate value propositions and accurately define process performance. Prepare cost estimates for the proposed equipment scope. Participate in client meetings with the sales team as a technical expert. Create and deliver technical content to support business development initiatives. Participate in pilot testing programs for process validation. Complete engineering activities, including heat & material balances, process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, dimensional designs for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, and plant equipment layout. Collaborate with engineering teams during project execution, procurement, and start-up. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Possess strong mechanical aptitude. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree or related field equivalent. Benefits
