About
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, and administer standardized reports for the team.
Support analytic needs using data from call centers, SAP, and Business Objects.
Guide data strategy across multiple touch points including POS tool, surveys, and market research.
Create holistic dashboards from diverse data sources for presentations to senior management.
Drive core insights from data, collaborate with product managers on A/B and multivariate testing to improve customer experience.
Participate in enterprise projects to define reporting needs and incorporate them into system design.
Provide analyses for sales, call center, partner, and financial performance.
Present analysis and strategies to senior management verbally and in written form.
Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers and processes.
Perform additional duties/projects as assigned.
Work on site 3–4 days per week; telecommuting permitted.
Skills
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Siebel Analytics, Tableau, Azure Cloud, Denodo.
Proficiency in data extraction and transformation using BO Data Services, Teradata, Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
Knowledge of data modelling, semantic layer design, data warehousing architecture, and ADU support.
Familiarity with Universe Designers, InfoView, Xcelsius, and Quaas.
Strong SQL skills using TOAD, SQL Navigator, or SQL Assistant.
Experience with SDLC/Waterfall, Agile, and D2P project methodologies.
Experience & Education Primary requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
Alternative requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant work experience.
