Lead a team of desktop support technicians in providing technical support to end users Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues Provide technical guidance and training to team members Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop support issues Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop support services Develop and maintain desktop support documentation and procedures Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in desktop support 5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of Windows 11/Office 365 and Mac operating systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
