Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
Security policies, NAT, routing
VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)
Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third‑party interoperability.
Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
Real‑time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls (Wireshark).
Required Technical Skills
Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity
Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN‑OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT
Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting
VPN: IPSec site‑to‑site, remote access, multi‑vendor environments
Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA
Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast
Roles & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues and perform call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high‑pressure factory environment.
Investigate causes, test solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve network‑related tickets.
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
Understand network support priorities and objectives and take an active role in accomplishing them.
Lead and drive technical operational issues on his own in a high‑pressure environment, engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address network‑related issues.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi‑task activities with shifting priorities.
Salary Range: $64,000 - $115,000 a year
