How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a Sales Representative, focused on the Industrial sector, the main responsibilities will include:
- Management and business development: You will manage the relationship with clients and distributors through regular visits at all levels, identifying new opportunities and offering specialized technical-commercial advice on our products and services.
- Excellence in service: You will lead the internal coordination and actively participate in initiatives that guarantee the best experience, satisfaction, and continuous improvement of your clients.
- Optimization and profitability: You will analyze the profitability of your accounts and implement strategic actions to improve results, optimizing the assigned resources.
- Analysis and reporting: You will use our management tools and CRM (Salesforce and Power BI) to regularly report the progress, news, and activities of your portfolio.

Desired competencies:
- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
- Experience as a salesperson in the industrial sector
- Strong ability to build lasting relationships based on trust, at all levels, with stakeholders (technical, procurement, and management).
- Identification and opening of new business opportunities.
- Results-oriented and ability to work autonomously.
