Project Manager- Capital Construction Tech Services

The Sr. Program Manager for DT SF&A and Capital Construction Tech Services is responsible for managing delivery of Digital Technology (DT) project scope for all DT services on Amtraks Stations, Facilities, Properties & Accessibility (SFPA) and Capital Construction projects for the Washington DC Project Portfolio.

At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects such as transportation facilities (stations, airports, transit hubs), corporate office buildings, and operations command centers. Knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles. Experience managing Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, restacks, relocations, cabling, network, and systems. Experience managing Engineering design, deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems. Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills PMP Certification is required Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.

Hybrid work schedule 2 days per week in the office, based on project needs.

Based in Washington, DC with some travel on occasion.
