Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field; or equivalent experience Five plus years of experience in data analytics within the healthcare industry, focusing on health plans or managed care High level of proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Advanced knowledge of healthcare data sources, analytics methodologies, and statistical techniques Experience managing and developing teams in a data analytics context
